When you create an account at www.eduvince.com as a “Teacher” (Educator/creator/trainer/influencer), or as a subscriber (“Student”) on our site or related courses, as part of the enrolling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, mobile number, email address.

Email marketing: we may send you emails about our site and related course(s), registration, course content, your course progress or other updates. We may also use your email to inform you about changes to the course, survey you about your usage, or collect your opinion.

2. How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to become a teacher or learner on our site, make a purchase, or participate in the course, you imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for a secondary reason, like marketing. You may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by unsubscribing from our Email.

2.1 Our Policy Concerning Children

We recognize the privacy interests of children and encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. Individuals younger than 18 years of age, may not set up an account, but may have a parent or guardian open an account (with the credentials of the minor as a “teacher” or a “student”, as the case may be) and help them access the account. 4. GoDaddy

Our course and site is hosted by GoDaddy. They provide us with the online course creation platform that allow us to sell our product/services to you.

Your data is stored through GoDaddy‘s data storage, databases and the general application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

5. Payment and Security:

If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third party payment processor, Cashfree Payments. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. With PCI-DSS Compliance as a pre-requisite for payment acceptance, we have enabled secure payments through Cashfree Payments, which has gone a step further and incorporated a very robust Risk Management System developed with the help of PayPal.
